- Dawn SMateo you saved us! At the last minute our balloon supplier fell through and we called at very short notice to have a garland made for my daughter's baby shower. It started at 1pm on Saturday but he was booked at that time. He offered to bring them at 7:30am instead. He was on time and made a beautiful arrangement for our event. It was perfect! Mateo was super nice and courteous, and his quotes were very reasonable! I really appreciate him being responsive, showing up on time, and delivering exactly what we asked for.
